    Nova Bradley (Partner)

    Nova Bradley qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has specialised, since then, in Family Law dealing in particular with financial matters and arrangements for children, following the breakdown of both married and cohabiting relationships.

    Nova worked for nine years within a large family law department in Surrey. She has also worked for various other firms in London and the south-east of England.

    In 2002 Nova set up her own firm in Chipping Norton specialising in Family Law. She was joined in 2005 by Geoffrey Saul and the firm then took on the name of Bradley Saul Solicitors and moved to its present location.

    Nova has been a member of Resolution since 1990 and obtained accredited status with them in the year 2000.

    She also completed mediation training with the Family Mediators Association in 1995.

  • Geoffrey Saul of Bradley Saul Solicitors

    Geoffrey Saul (Partner)

    Geoffrey Saul heads our Probate and Conveyancing teams having set up both departments in 2005 when Nova and Geoff started Bradley Saul Solicitors in Chipping Norton. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 having studied law at the College of Law in Guildford and completed his training contract with Hart Brown in Surrey, working there for many years before joining HMG Law in Oxford.

    Geoffrey has over 25 years of experience in property, residential conveyancing and private client work. He also has particular expertise in inheritance tax matters and over the years has administered hundreds of estates ranging from those which are simple and straight forward through to those which are complex and of high value.

    He has a BA degree in Modern History and Politics and an MA in Latin American Studies both from the University of Liverpool. Geoffrey is assisted by Jennifer Woolcock, who is a Legal Assistant.

     

  • Sarah Brotherston (Associate)

    A Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), Sarah Brotherston has over 12 years experience in residential conveyancing, including dealing with all aspects of freehold, leasehold and unregistered properties.  She also deals with Transfers of Equity, Remortgages, First Registrations, Variations of Leases and Deeds of Easement.

    Sarah has a degree in English and French Literature and a Post Graduate Diploma in Publishing. After working for several years in Academic Publishing and then raising a family, she began working for us as a Paralegal on a part time basis in October 2006. After a year, she embarked on legal training through CILEX and became a Graduate in May 2017.

  • Georg Arbour (Trainee)

    One of our Trainee Legal Executives, Georg joined this firm as a Paralegal in June 2015 and is now undertaking legal training with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX).

    Georg is assistant to Sarah Brotherston and now has over 3 years of experience in our Conveyancing Department. He has a degree in Biotechnology from the University of Nottingham.
